About seven in ten noncommercial fixed-wing accidents are pilot-related rather than mechanical. That is a preparation and training problem, and little in general aviation works on it continuously.

The critical object isn’t the flight plan.
It’s the flight intent record.
Most tools hand a pilot weather, NOTAMs and a route, and call it a brief. Most know little about the pilot flying it, and almost none connect the plan to relevant accident history. We turn that data into structured, reviewable safety reasoning about one flight. Then we keep it.
