What is free, and what is not
The full personal logbook. Currency and endorsement tracking, reports and printing, cloud backup and sync, and unlimited export of your own records are free forever, including if you never pay us again. Flight, simulator and ground records are never capped; file attachments (scanned pages, photos and documents) are included up to 2 GB per account, and reaching that limit stops new uploads without deleting anything or affecting export. Logging new flight, simulator and ground entries is free through the student allowance, then requires this subscription or the lifetime purchase; buy the lifetime once and entries stay unlimited, permanently, with nothing more to pay.
The training tools included in the app are free. Further specialised modules (career tools, military time conversion, scanned-page OCR, AI assistance and the electronic flight bag) are separate products sold on their own, now or in future.
