Abstract
The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Bombardier, Inc., Model BD-100-1A10 airplanes. This AD was prompted by a determination that new or more restrictive maintenance tasks are necessary. This AD requires revising the existing maintenance or inspection program, as applicable, to incorporate new or more restrictive maintenance tasks. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

SUMMARY: The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Bombardier, Inc., Model BD-100-1A10 airplanes. This AD was prompted by a determination that new or more restrictive maintenance tasks are necessary. This AD requires revising the existing maintenance or inspection program, as applicable, to incorporate new or more restrictive maintenance tasks. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
DATES: This AD is effective August 26, 2024. The Director of the Federal Register approved the incorporation by reference of certain publications listed in this AD as of August 26, 2024.
