Primary-source government portals first (FAA, NTSB, CBP, NASA ASRS, Federal Register). Industry bodies with custodial responsibility second (AOPA, EAA, type clubs). Commercial tools only when no free authoritative equivalent exists.

What doesn't

SEO-sludge content farms. Affiliate-link review sites. Generic "10 best" listicles. Forum threads (we link the forum itself, not a specific thread). Anything we can't reach the original publisher for.

Verification

Every link bulk-verified on launch. Daily automated health-check coming soon — broken links will flip to a "degraded" state and be pulled from the public list until restored.
