On a left base for 5L, I noticed a white drone with four arms that I'd estimate was about two feet across to the right of and below us. We were at approximately 2,500 feet and to the North/ Northwest of HORNT, South of Plainfield when I spotted it. It was in view for 2- 3 seconds before it disappeared under our right wing.
