§ 22.150 Fuel system.
Part 22 — DESIGN, PRODUCTION, AND AIRWORTHINESS REQUIREMENTS FOR NON-TYPE CERTIFICATED AIRCRAFT · Subpart B — Light-Sport Category Aircraft · Amended 2026-09-15
The aircraft fuel system must—
(a) Provide a means to safely remove or isolate the fuel stored in the system from the aircraft; and
(b) Be designed to retain fuel under all likely operating conditions.
