There is a 48´ high mound of rocks the length of the rwy immediately to the west side of the rwy and a 15´ drop off immediately to the east side of the rwy. The rwy sfc has some rocks greater than 3´ in diameter. Due to construction, most of the lighting along the sides of the rwy is either damaged or missing. Dip in Rwy 2 near PAPI.
