4-5 pax single with cruise of 140 KIAS or better; G1000 or other glass; Thinking SR20-G3, C182/C812T of approximately $350,000 aircraft. Assuming 500 hour usage, max of 10 members. $35,000 equity membership share to purchase the plane with up to 50 hours. Plan to fly 75 hours, purchase 1.5 shares for $37, 500. Shares could be sold to the club or to the next club member. Fuel and other hourly costs to be determined. Private or better. Searching for a suitable candidate. Once identified, will finalize plane ownership and club formation details. Hoping to have an aircraft and club by mid-2023.
