About
Denver Flyers was established in 1967 and offers its members affordable and safe flying opportunities for recreational use and training. Based at Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport (KBJC), we currently own 3 aircraft, a 1965 300HP Cessna 182H, a 1976 Cessna 182 and a 1978 Mooney M20J. We keep membership levels as low as we can so that scheduling remains flexible (around 10-13 members / aircraft). The aircraft serve different purpose including day flying, cross-country and longer trips or IFR. The club also is actively socializing, training and educating its members. Overall, Denver Flyers is a flying club that is dedicated to promoting safe and affordable flying, providing a broad mission envelope to its members, and building a community of aviation enthusiasts. With its well-maintained airplanes, experienced pilots, and welcoming community, it offers a great opportunity for anyone who shares a passion for aviation to explore the skies and connect with others who share that same passion.
