About

We are Tailwheel club that was organized in 2017. We have two 1952 Cessna 170Bs in the fleet. One is a VFR/ basic IFR airplane and the other is a full IFR aircraft with a Garmin 375 GPS/ADSB. Currently we have 30 members with a maximum of 40 permitted by the insurance company. Our membership consists of Student, Private, Instrument, Commercial and CFI pilots. Both planes are ready for the ADSB requirements for 2020. We have 4 instructors in the group. Our web page is www.draggintailpilots.weebly.com. Check us out. There is no place in the tri-state area, other than having your own aircraft, that offers tailwheel flying after a signoff.
