We are Flying Ten Flying Club, located in a hangar at KGYR (Goodyear, AZ). We own a well-maintained IFR certified 1975 Cessna 172M. Our club consists of many pilots of all experiences, including new PPL pilots, retired airline/military pilots, a CFI, and an A&P. Club New-Member Fee - $2000 ($1250 is a non-refundable membership fee, $750 is a membership equity share that can be sold/transferred in accordance with our bylaws) Hourly Rate: Currently $115/hr.
