This limited membership flying club provides equity shares of a Cessna 172K aircraft at approximately $5000/member. Hourly usage rates ($60) dry and are lower than the FBOs. Yearly fees ($1500) are used for insurance, hangar rent, and maintenance. All maintenance is current. Online flight scheduling allows you to reserve months in advance. Club membership includes 3 flight instructors, which is great for flight reviews. N79575 averages about 15 hours per month, making availability very good. We have recently installed a rebuilt 160hp engine, Garmin 375, and dual G5's. Join us, and enjoy the good life!
