About
The Offutt Aero Club, now named the LeMay Flight Training Center, was the first flying club in the Armed Forces. The club provides aircraft rental and is also an FAA-approved school for Private Pilot through Airline Transport Pilot certification. The club has several aircraft, ranging from basic single engine types to multi-engine. Nearly all aircraft are certified for instrument flying. Several FAA-certified flight instructors are available and flight instruction is tailored to meet the needs of the members. TDYs and shiftwork schedules can be accommodated. The Aero Club stocks pilot supplies at a discount for members.
