Newton Flying Club located at M23 James H Easom Field Airport We have a Piper PA-28-180 Challenger IFR certified. To join the club as a Licensed pilot the Club BUY in fee is $500.00. All Licensed pilot members will pay $200.00 per month member dues. The monthly dues include 2.5 hours of of flying time each month. If you fly for MORE than 2.5 hours the hourly rate is $60.00 dry. (For example you fly 3.5 hours in a month your bill for that month would be $260.00). Student pilot monthly dues are $50 per month. in addition to the student dues Flying time is billed at a rate of $60.00 per hour dry. Also, as a pilot or a student pilot you will be insured by the clubs insurance policy for accidents in the club plane. There is no additional cost to you for this coverage. A copy of the policy can be provided for your review upon request.
