Princeton Flying Club is based at 39N. We currently own and operate a Cessna 172 model N (Model Year 1979, Manufacture Year 1978). Our goal is to help local pilots enjoy flying as economically as possible with a great plane. Our fees: Monthly dues: $175 Flying rate: $132 per tach hour (wet) These are some of the lowest costs that you will see at any flying club in New Jersey. We are able to maintain such low rates because we own all of our assets free and clear of any bank financing. In addition to these fees, we require a $7,000 stock buy-in that provides you with equity in the club's assets. This amount is recoverable upon leaving the club (should you decide to do so) and essentially forms our working capital so that we do not need bank financing to remain solvent. This "stock buy-in" is an investment of capital and not an initiation fee.
