River City Aero Club was founded by friends who wanted to make flying more affordable. We still live by the "flying, friends, fun" motto and are looking for new friends to share our passion. If you’re a certificated pilot, current or not, you have easy access to two IFR-certified aircraft that let you choose the one best suited to your mission - adding a rating, $100 hamburger, or serious XC travel. - 1965 Cessna 172G (N14KM) - GNS530W, TruTrak Vizion autopilot, ADS-B in/out, more - $60/hour - 1980 Cessna 182Q (N5209N) - GTN650W, S-Tek 50 autopilot, ADS-B in/out, more - $110/hour $1,000 buy-in and $175 a month is all it takes.
