About
The club has a well equipped 1998 Cessna 182S Skylane N9570A. A solid IFR platorm, it has Aspen glass, Garmin GTN750 with flight stream bluetooth connectivity, ADS-B in/out, and JPI EDM-700 engine monitor. There is excellent availability, and we are accepting new members. With an average of 6 members, this club is like ownership without the cost and hassle. The plane is hangared at the Albany International Airport. We have gas tug, and an electric engine preheater for the plane. The club charges a wet rate by tach time, and scheduling is done online. Upper Fifteen is the oldest flying club in New York State and one of the oldest in the United States. Founded in 1948 as the Siena Flying Club, Upper-Fifteen today provides an opportunity to share a well-equipped Skylane while sharing experiences with other local pilots who love recreational flying. Scheduling policies are liberal and flexible.
