About

Yakima Aero Club is an affordable way to fly, offering three Cessna aircraft for rent. The club is based at Yakima's McAllister Field, located 3 miles southwest of downtown. Our airport has two paved runways, a great mix of air traffic, and a control tower that operates 7 days a week, from 6am to 8pm. We operate on a membership basis, and require a small non-refundable fee for joining, and low monthly dues. See our Prices tab for further information. There are several CFIs in our club who are more than willing to help you brush up on techniques or learn to fly. New members shall be checked out in each aircraft they intend to fly by a club CFI.
