Establishment of Class E Airspace; Birch Creek Airport, Birch Creek, AK

AGENCY: Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), DOT.

ACTION: Notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM).

SUMMARY: This action proposes to establish Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface at Birch Creek Airport, Birch Creek, AK. This action would support the safety and management of instrument flight rules (IFR) operations at the airport.
