Establishment of Class E Airspace; Clyde, NC

AGENCY: Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), DOT.

ACTION: Notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM).

SUMMARY: This action proposes to establish Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface at Haywood Regional Medical Center, Clyde, NC. Controlled airspace is necessary for the safety and management of instrument flight rules (IFR) operations at this airport.
