SUMMARY: This action proposes to establish Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface at Wall Municipal Airport, Wall, SD, to accommodate the airport's transition to instrument flight rules (IFR) service. This action would support the safety and management of IFR operations at the airport.
