Abstract

USAARL field study of MEDEVAC helicopter pilot workload + fatigue. Drove implementation of crew-rest enhancements + adoption of dual-pilot operations in high-tempo OEF/OIF MEDEVAC units. Cross-referenced by FAA HEMS safety programs.
