Abstract

USAF Air Combat Command study of crew resource management (CRM) training effectiveness across legacy + 5th-gen fighter squadrons. Documents mishap-rate reductions attributable to CRM and identifies training gaps in single-seat operations. Foundational document for USAF AFMAN 11-290 CRM training program.
