USACRC mishap-data analysis of brownout (dust) + whiteout (snow) DVE (Degraded Visual Environment) rotorcraft accidents 2002-2014. Drove development of Synthetic Vision + Helmet-Mounted Display DVE-mitigation technology programs. Methods transferred to civil HEMS DVE training.
