Abstract
This brainstorming session will focus on having conference attendees discuss three important issues affecting the aviation industry today. Those attending the session will join their colleagues in developing practical ways to address the following challenges: The flight instructor shortage. Addressing workforce shortages by increasing diversity in the aviation industry. The increased use of technology in training.
