Abstract

Comair 5191 (CRJ-100) Lexington KY, August 27, 2006 — 49 fatalities. Investigation of the wrong-runway takeoff at Lexington Blue Grass. NTSB recommendations drove airport-sign enhancements, runway-occupancy radar deployment, and FAA AC 91-73B taxi procedures revisions.
