Abstract
Helicopter air-tour fatal crashes — Hawaii + Grand Canyon series. Special investigation report into the safety record of helicopter air-tour operations. NTSB recommended mandatory installation of crash-resistant fuel systems on legacy Part 135 helicopters, enhanced terrain-awareness, and revised duty-time limitations.
