THE PILOT STATED THAT HE RUN OUT OF RUNWAY AND HE DID NOT REACH MIN FLYING SPEED FOR LIFT OFF. THE TUNDRA RUN WAY CREATED MORE DRAG THAN THE PILOT HAD ANTICIPATED.
