THE PILOT STATED THAT DURING THE TAKEOFF HE HAD FULL RIGHT AILERON AND LEFT RUDDER. THE PILOT LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT AND CRASHED OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY.
