THE PILOT SUCCESSFULLY LANDED HIS SKI EQUIPPED TAILWHEEL AIRPLANE ON A FROZEN LAKE IN GUSTY WIND CONDITIONS BUT LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRPLANE WHILE ATTEMPTING TO TAXI FROM UPWIND TO DOWNWIND.
