Factual narrative
THE ACFT WAS BEING TAXIED IN FROM LANDING WHEN THE ENGINE QUIT. THE PILOT CRANKED THE ENGINE TO RESTART, AN EXPLOSION WAS HEARD AND FLAMES APPEARED IN THE CABIN AREA.
