Factual narrative
A WITNESS OBSERVED THE AIRPLANE SLIPPING ON FINAL APCH. THE AIRCRAFT LOST TOO MUCH ALTITUDE AND HIT THE TERRAIN SHORT OF THE RUNWAY.
