THE PILOT FAILED TO MAINTAIN CLEARANCE FROM OBSTACLES WHILE TAXIING THE AIRCRAFT.
Factual narrative
WHILE TAXIING FOR TAKEOFF THE ACFT CONTACTED A SAGGING WIRE WHICH WAS SUSPENDED BY TWO HANGARS. THE TOP 2 INCHES OF THE RUDDER WERE SEVERED.
