Factual narrative

On February 8, 2012, about 1000 coordinated universal time (UTC), a Cessna T-210N airplane, EC-EKV, performed a forced landing following a loss of engine power, near Huelva, Spain. The pilot received minor injuries and a passenger was seriously injured. This investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the Spanish Civil Aviation and Incident Investigation Commission.
