THE PURPOSE OF THE FLT WAS TO PREPARE FOR A FAA PART 135 AIR TAXI CHECK RIDE WHICH WAS SCHEDULED LATER THAT WEEK. THE ACFT WAS OBSERVED DURING THE APPROACH WITH ONE ENG SHUT DOWN.
