Factual narrative
THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH A PARKED ACFT ON THE RAMP. THE STUDENT PILOT STARTED THE ACFT ON A SNOW COVERED ICY RAMP AT NIGHTTHE PARKING BRAKES WERE SET BUT WHEN THE ENGINE STARTED THE ACFT TAXIED INTO ANOTHER ACFT.
