THE ACFT DRIFTED ACROSS THE RUNWAY IN A CROSSWIND AND COLLIDED WITH A RUNWAY LIGHT. THE STUDENT PILOT HAD TAKEN OFF ON RUNWAY 22 FOR HIS FIRST SOLO FLIGHT.
