THE PLT STATED THAT DURING THE LANDING, HE ENCOUNTERED WINDS THAT WERE VARIABLE & GUSTY. SUBSEQUENTLY, WHILE LANDING WITH 1 NOTCH OF FLAPS, THE ACFT WAS LANDED HARD & DIRECTIONAL CONTROL WAS LOST.
