THE FIXED WING PLT WHO WAS NOT QUALIFIED TO FLY ROTORCRAFT TRIED TO HOVER HIS HOMEBUILT ACFT. AFTER FAILING THE 1ST TIMEHE TRIED AGAIN AND THIS TIME THE ACFT ROLLED OVER AND BURNED.
