AIRCRAFT WAS BEING TEST FLOWN FOLLOWING GROUND ADJUSTMENT OF RUDDER CONTROL CABLES. DURING THE FLIGHT RUDDER CONTROL WAS LOST WHEN RUDDER BEARING BLOCKS DETACHED FROM THEIR MOUNTING SURFACES.
