Factual narrative
THE PILOT FLEW FOR AN HOUR TRYING TO GET THE GEAR EXTENDED, BUT WAS UNABLE. AFTER MAKING A GEAR UP LANDING, AN EXAM REVEALED THE CENTERING CAM ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE NOSE GEAR WAS BENT AND BROKEN.
