FAILURE OF THE PILOT TO MAINTAIN CONTROL OF THE AIRPLANE DURING A LANDING FLARE AND TOUCHDOWN. THE PILOT'S LACK OF TOTAL AVIATION EXPERIENCE IS A FACTOR IN THE ACCIDENT.
