THE ACCIDENT AIRPLANE DRAGGED A WING ON THE RUNWAY AFTER BALLOONING AND STALLING DURING A LANDING FLARE. THE AIRPLANE THEN LEFT THE RUNWAY AND NOSED DOWN IN SOFT TERRAIN.
