Factual narrative

THE STUDENT PILOT DEPARTED A RUNWAY WITH ICE AND PACKED SNOW, FLEW A ROUNDABOUT ROUTE, AND RETURNED FOR A CROSSWIND LANDING ON THE SAME RUNWAY.
