Factual narrative
On September 7, 2013 a MNG Jet charter flight, a Bombardier Canadair CL-600-2B19-7763, registration TC-EJA, landed at Vnukovo International Airport, Moscow, Russian Federation, with the nose landing gear extended and both main gear retracted. The investigation is being conducted by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) of the Republic of Turkey. The NTSB has appointed an accredited representative to assist the DGCA's investigation as the state of design of main landing gear components.
