DURING ARRIVAL, THE ACFT WAS HIGH ON FINAL APPROACH. THE PLT ELECTED TO CONTINUE THE LANDING WITH FULL FLAPS, BUT AFTER TOUCHDOWN, HE WAS UNABLE TO STOP ON THE REMAINING RUNWAY.
