ACCORDING TO THE PLT, THE ENG LOST POWER AS HE MADE A THROTTLE ADJUSTMENT IN THE TRAFFIC PATTERN WHILE TURNING FROM DOWNWIND TO BASE. SUBSEQUENTLY, HE ALLOWED THE ACFT TO STALL & LAND HARD.
