THE STUDENT WAS ON HIS 3RD SOLO FLT, PRACTICING TOUCH-&-GO LANDINGS. ACCORDING TO WITNESSES, THE ACFT INITIALLY TOUCHED DOWN SHORT OF THE RWY, THEN BOUNCED ONTO THE PREPARED SURFACE.
