THE ACFT WAS DESTROYED WHEN IT FLIPPED OVER DURING A FORCED LANDING FOLLOWING FUEL STARVATION. THE FUEL SELECTOR WAS POSITIONED ON AN EMPTY TANK. THE RIGHT FUEL TANK WAS FULL OF FUEL.
