Factual narrative
THE PILOT STATED THAT HE HAD ADDED OIL TO THE ENGINE PRIOR TO HIS DEPARTURE ON A SIGHT SEEING FLIGHT, BUT ON SCENE INVESTIGATION REVEALED THAT THE ENGINE FROZE FROM OIL STARVATION.
